SoloStack stores the data needed to run your freelance workspace: account details, clients, proposals, reminders, and notification settings.

Plain English Summary / TL;DR

We collect the minimum data required to run your workspace: profile info, proposals, and client notes. We never sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with core service providers (like database, email delivery, and Paystack). You can export all your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, workspace content you add, authentication data, and operational events such as proposal views, approvals, and reminder activity.

How we use it

We use your data to provide SoloStack, secure your account, send requested emails, maintain proposal and CRM records, and improve core product reliability.

Sharing

Public proposal links reveal only the proposal content intended for clients. We do not sell personal data. Service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, storage, and payment processors receive the limited data needed to run those services.

Your controls

You can update profile settings, notification preferences, export your account data, and request account deletion from settings.
