Email Support

Send account and product questions to support@solostack.app. Include your account email, affected proposal/client name, and details about the issue.

Proposal Link Issues

If a client cannot approve a proposal, retract and republish the proposal from your dashboard to issue a fresh secure link. For email verification issues, ask them to request a new verification code.

Data & Privacy Settings

You are in full control of your workspace data. You can export all your client history, proposal drafts, and account information, or initiate complete account deletion directly from the account section in settings.
