Use SoloStack for real client work, responsibly.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity performed from your workspace. Provide accurate account information and keep client data you enter lawful to store and process.

You retain ownership of proposals, client notes, templates, and other workspace content you create. You grant SoloStack permission to process that content only to operate and improve the service.

Anyone with a valid public proposal link may view the proposal and, if enabled, approve or reject it. Share links only with intended clients and retract a proposal when a link should no longer work.

When payment checkout is enabled, payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. SoloStack records proposal workflow events but does not replace your contract, invoice, tax, or accounting obligations.
